Thus undetached, he raised an army of followers to attack the Noxus. Following which, Zed turned his back on them and walked away. This also hinted at some dark, ancient magic! On returning to the temple, he demanded the Kinoku strike the Noxian invaders which was denied by the Great Master Kusho. The shadows enveloped Zed and filled him with contempt and bitterness for the weak. Venturing deep into the temple’s secrets, he discovered an ornate, black box forbidden to all but the masters of the order. Instead of letting Zed kill champion Jhin, Kusho ordered for him to be imprisoned instead.ĭisturbed by this, Zed started losing interest in his studies. Journeying together to find the infamous “monster” Golden Demon, only for him to turn out to be a man named Khada Jhin. However, despite their differences, the two characters were like brothers in the ' League Of Legends' universe. Outshining everyone in his passion, Zed lacked Shen’s emotional balance. He quickly outspaced his peers in combat and study and dedicated his life to understanding Kinko’s spiritual tenets.Įven after all his efforts, Zed often felt overshadowed by his master’s son, champion Shen. He was taken in by the Great Master Kusho himself within the temple’s ancient walls. Zed’s story begins as a boy on the steps of the home of the Kinkou Order.
